SHIPPING POLICY

Launch status

RYDVLT is currently preparing for launch. We are not accepting orders or dispatching products yet. Joining our launch mailing list does not place an order, reserve a product or require payment.

Shipping destinations and costs

Available delivery countries, shipping services and charges will be confirmed before sales open. Applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Order processing times and estimated delivery times will be published before ordering becomes available. Processing time covers preparing your order; delivery time covers transport after dispatch.

For EU consumer orders, delivery will take place within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with you.

Tracking

After dispatch, we will email your shipping confirmation. Where tracking is available, the email will include tracking details.

Delivery delays and missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us through our website contact form. Include your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Where applicable, this includes the right to cancel and receive a refund if delivery obligations are not met.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Photographs of the packaging and the affected item can help us resolve the issue. You do not lose your statutory rights simply because photographs are unavailable.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will try to update the address, but changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

International duties and taxes

If delivery outside the EU becomes available, we will explain before purchase whether import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees are included or payable separately.
