For an online purchase, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, receive the product. For one order delivered in separate shipments, the period starts after receipt of the last product.
Tell us within the withdrawal period, using a clear statement, that you wish to withdraw, for example by email. You may use the model form below, but this is not required. You do not need to give a reason or obtain prior approval. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.
Dutch return address: to be added before opening. Do not send a parcel yet; we are not currently accepting orders.
You pay the direct cost of returning a product when exercising your right of withdrawal. Use a suitable parcel service and check the rate beforehand; the cost depends on the carrier and country of dispatch. We cover necessary return costs for a faulty or incorrectly supplied item.
You may inspect and try on the hoodie as you would in a shop. Handle it carefully and return the included protectors and accessories. Use the original packaging where reasonably possible; this is not a condition for withdrawal. You may only be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning. Trying it on does not in itself invalidate your right to return it.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any supplement for a more expensive delivery method you chose is not refunded. Original delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method and without refund fees, unless you expressly agree to another method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first.
Contact us about a problem, preferably with your order number and a description or photograph. Your statutory guarantee rights remain in place after the cooling-off period. If you would like a different size, contact us to discuss the available options.

The delivery countries, shipping methods and charges available for your address are shown at checkout before you place an order. You can only order when a suitable shipping method is available. Check your delivery address before completing your order.
Domestic zone: €6.95; a free standard option is available for orders of €55 or more. EU shipping zone: €12.95. Other configured international destinations: €19.95. Not every country is included in a shipping zone. Checkout shows which options are available for your destination.
RYDVLT is currently in the sample and development phase. The store is not yet accepting orders or pre-orders. No commercial dispatch or delivery commitment currently applies.
Once sales begin, we will display the expected delivery time on the product page or at checkout before purchase. Unless another period has been agreed, we deliver within 30 days. We will inform you of delays. Your statutory rights for late delivery remain in place, including the right to terminate the contract where the legal conditions are met.
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive the tracking details with your dispatch confirmation. We remain responsible for the shipping risk until you or your nominated recipient receive the order. The statutory exception for a carrier independently chosen by you and not offered by us remains applicable.
Contact us if a parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged. Keep the packaging where possible. We will investigate and work towards a solution; you do not need to pursue a claim with our carrier yourself.
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import rules, duties and local taxes. Any additional charges and who pays them must be clear before purchase. Such orders are not intended to be offered until this information has been established.

These terms are intended for online consumer orders placed with RYDVLT. The seller's full legal identity will be included in the contact details before opening. The version available when you place your order applies. Mandatory consumer rights always remain in force.
RYDVLT is developing one motorcycle hoodie in Core and Racing editions, in Black and White. Available sizes and editions are shown with the product. Size-chart measurements refer to the finished garment, not your body. Check the size and fit with the protectors in position.
Images and technical descriptions labelled as development or concept do not represent the final product specification. Final materials, protection rating and certification remain subject to testing and documentation. References to Level 2, aramid/Kevlar or Class AA are intended development specifications only until final supporting documentation is available. We are not currently accepting orders.
Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Shipping and any other charges are shown before the final order is placed. Check the product, size, quantity, address and total amount. After you complete an order carrying an obligation to pay, we send confirmation by email. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
We will discuss any obvious pricing or description error with you as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not substitute an ordered product without your agreement.

If it is faulty, you are entitled to a statutory remedy, such as repair or replacement free of charge and, where the relevant conditions are met, a price reduction or termination. These rights do not automatically expire at the end of a fixed commercial warranty period.
Email us with a description of your complaint and your order number, if known. We will assess your complaint and explain the next step. You may take a dispute to the competent court.
Follow the final instructions for use, fit and care supplied with the product. No garment eliminates every risk of injury. This does not exclude our statutory liability or your rights concerning a defective product.
The privacy policy explains how personal data are processed. Dutch law governs the contract, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
